This one has the strongest aroma out of the 3 kinds, when I opened the bag, the moment I opened the bag the aroma that I smelled was strong nutty aroma. Especially for people who likes the sweetness of the coffee.Īnd the last one is the Natural Processed. ![]() And the taste were mild acidity with mellow sweet, apricot flavor and chocolate aftertaste. The aroma that I got was sweet chocolate. Ok, for this one, I had a strong sweet aroma the moment I opened the bag. It is a not so strong and a good coffee and very nice to enjoy. For the flavor I got medium acidity, fruity,and mushroom aftertaste. The aroma that I got is mild chocolate and nutty. I started with the full washed processing. And the brewing type that I used was pour over with V60. So before I begin, all the coffee beans are Arabica, Medium Roast and The Roasting date is on 14th April 2020. I will try to explain more about processing on another post later. So, the 3 different kinds of processing are full washed, honey and natural processed. It is said that it has the biggest overlay of tea plantation in the world. Besides coffee, Kayu Aro region is also famous for its tea. The beans are all come from same place, in the packaging it is written from Kayu Aro Region from Mount Kerinci, Jambi Province. ![]() I bought three different kinds of processing coffee beans. As a representative, I chose the coffee beans from OTTEN COFFEE. Today ,in my journey ,I would like to share my opinions on the tastes and aroma that I got from the coffee beans from Mount Kerinci in Jambi Province, Indonesia.
